Oh boring Windows..
windows What a boring day. The whole day in front of the computer.. and what for? To complete fresh windows installs on my two laptops. I ran away from Computer Science.. but it keeps stalking me.. either in school projects.. or whenever my father buys a new laptop.
Yes I have a new laptop. And it came with Windows Vista. **sigh**
My 5 year old computer has 512MB of RAM and that was huge at the time.. so when computers started to come with 1024MB, I was like WOW! And when computers came with 2048MB I just said, These guys are nuts! What do they want all this for!
But now I understand. Let me draw a picture for you.
Windows Vista, without anything else running, just a clean boot to the desktop uses 800MB! Right there!
Windows XP uses 250MB..
Guess what I did to Windows Vista.. ERASED! And Windows XP?.. fast, clean, streamlined installs for both laptops!
